The Following Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products by you from www.milk-and-honey.co.uk via this website or over the telephone and you should read them carefully.

You will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions by placing an order with us or completing your customer registration with us. Please read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not place an order or complete a customer registration with us. This website, found under the www.milk-and-honey.co.uk, is owned and operated by Milk & Honey Interiors Ltd ("Milk and Honey", "Milk & Honey") and references to "we", "us" and "our" means Milk & Honey. References to "you", and "your" means the person completing a customer registration or placing an order via this website.

Once you have placed an order, the final details of your order will be set out at the 'submit' stage. Following this, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order detailing the products you have ordered with an order number. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Milk & Honey Interiors Ltd. We will then process your order which can take from 24 hours to 3 working days. A contract between you and Milk & Honey for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please see the Delivery Information.

We make every effort to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be marked as out of stock and you will be unable to add it to your shopping basket.

Regarding delivery, no liability will be accepted by us for any loss or damage (direct or indirect).

1. Method of Payment

Milk and Honey accept online payment in a secure environment by the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron (in the UK only) and Solo. You will not be charged a credit card or debit card fee. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

2. UK and EU Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being accepted (except on weekends.

We offer the following delivery options:

1st Class Standard Delivery: Cost £3.95 (4 - 5 working day delivery time).

1st Class Recorded Delivery: Cost £4.65 (4 - 5 working day delivery time).

48 Hour Courier Delivery: Cost £5.95 (working days only, if ordered before 12pm Midday).

24 Hour Courier Delivery: Cost £6.95 (working days only, if ordered before 12pm Midday).

European Delivery: Cost varies. 2 – 6 working day delivery dependent on European Zone.

3. Cancellation & Returns

You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for any reason. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 28 days. This does not apply to all filled products which for hygiene reasons cannot be returned unless faulty. We want you to be happy therefore we will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed in the original, undamaged packaging. Please take the time to read our Product Care page as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

For all returns, we will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

To proceed to return products to us, please either use the ‘contact us’ page or email returns@milk-and-honey.co.uk stating your order number and your reason for return. Pack the items back in the parcel and attach a copy of the invoice and return them to the following address:

It is advisable that you choose a Recorded delivery service to return your unwanted goods, as we will not be able to refund your money if the goods do not return to us successfully.

4. Goods Compliance

At the time of publication, we attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

In addition, Representations of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and printing processes. We cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

All measurements and weights are approximate.

All embroidered goods are hand finished, it makes each piece unique therefore we cannot guarantee from one product to another that they will be the same.

All orders are subject to availability. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

5. Disclaimer & Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law and save as provided above, neither Milk & Honey shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Milk & Honey or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

The limitations of liability in these Terms and Conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Milk & Honey Interiors Ltd as if references to Milk & Honey.

While Milk & Honey makes reasonable attempts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Milk & Honey will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.

Milk & Honey shall not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Milk & Honey does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Milk & Honey. Milk & Honey does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

Milk & Honey will not be liable to you or be alleged to be in breach of the contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Milk & Honey does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or that of its members, directors or employees or for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

The extent of any liability of Milk and Honey arising under the contract for the supply of Goods to you shall not exceed the price of the Goods, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions.

Milk & honey may assign or transfer any of its rights or sub contract any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Milk & honey.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Law & Territory

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed in accordance to the law in England and Wales you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh court. This does not affect your statutory rights.

These Terms and Conditions and website have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst Milk and Honey is happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, Milk and Honey give no warranty, express or implied that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

8. Prices and Taxes

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and Euros (€) at an approximate Euro conversion rate of 1.10 and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate and your transaction will be in punds sterline (£). The current rate of VAT is 15%. Currently we are not exporting to countries outside the EU.
